Pricing Information
Weekly Tarif PER COTTAGE for
2012
Arrive Friday 4pm. Depart Friday 10am, or sometimes
Mon-Mon
There is a 10% discount on second weeks when
running consecutively.
We will supply all your heating,
linen, towels, toilet and kitchen rolls, washing up liquid
etc., but not swimming towels.
The use of the pool,
hot tub and all other amenities are included in the
tariff.
* We are open for most of the year, but are
closed from 21st November until 2nd March 2012 with the
exception of the New Year Break, 30th December to 3rd January, when
we are open at summer prices.

Breaks

At busy times of the year short breaks can be fitted
between our weekly bookings. At other times they can be booked well
ahead.
Payment should be made in full when
booking.
We are sometimes able to be flexible with
timings of arrival and departure. Easter and Bank Holiday weekends
in 2012 will be at summer prices, although weekly bookings will be
at spring prices.

We are
sorry that we cannot accept pets on the farm (guide dogs
excepted).
The cottages and indoor amenities are no smoking
areas.
Cancellation policy. More than 28 days notice, loss of
deposit. Less than 28 days notice 60% of cost, and 14 days
notice 90% of cost. We may waive this charge according to
circumstances.
