Weekly Tarif
Arrive
Friday 4pm. Depart Friday 10am. approx.
There is a 10% discount
on second weeks when running consecutively.
Our tariff includes
heating, household sundries, and all linen except swimming towels.
* We are open for most of the Year, but are closed from 1st
December until 13th February 08, with the exception of Christmas and New Year
weeks, 22nd December 08 until 3rd January 09, when we are open at
summer prices.

Breaks

These can be booked within six weeks of your stay for
summer breaks, or earlier for winter, spring, and autumn breaks.
Payment should be made in full when booking We are able to be
flexible with timings of arrival and departure relative to our
other bookings.

with all bookings for short breaks **

We are sorry that we cannot
accept pets on the farm (guide dogs excepted).
We ask you not
to smoke in the cottages and amenities.
Cancellation policy. More than 28 days notice, loss of
deposit. Less than 28 days notice 60% of cost, and 14
days notice 90% of cost. We may waive this charge according to
circumstances.
