We', 'us' or 'our' means Margaret Lewis and John Lewis trading as "Pevors Farm Cottages", of Halstead, Essex.

1.Payments
We ask for a 25% deposit with your signed booking. (Please note we require full payment with all bookings for short breaks)
With the balance to be paid one month before arrival.    You may pay by debit/credit card or cheque.  Cheques should be made payable to 'Pevors Farm Cottages'

2.Availability
Your cottage will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival.  We ask you to vacate the cottage by 10:00am on the day of departure.

3.Use of facilities
Use of the cottage, the amenities and swimming pool are at the hirers risk, and no responsibility can be accepted for loss, injury or damage to persons or property.

4.Hirers responsibility
All reasonable care should be taken of the cottage and its contents, and we ask you to leave it clean and tidy.  Please let us know of any damage or breakages so that those following will not be inconvenienced.  Although the hirer is responsible for any breakages we may waive the right to make a charge for them.

5.Pets
We are very sorry that we cannot accept pets on the farm (guide dogs excepted).
