The
Amenities
The cottages, which
retain their original character, are nestled around a large
south-facing courtyard, which creates a secluded sunbathing area,
making the most of every bit of sunshine.
Relax on the
comfortable sun-loungers and eat your meals ‘al fresco’, surrounded
by honey suckle, jasmine, and troughs of country
flowers.
Enjoy a swim in our 10ft by 40ft indoor heated
swimming pool (30 degrees all year round), or let your cares float
away in our new hot tub. The sunroom and games room are heated when
necessary and welcoming whatever the season.
The weatherproof
barbecue and dining area is usually the site of our weekend
get-togethers in the summer, but can be used at anytime.
John is gradually increasing the number of mown pathways
around the meadows and up to Donovan’s Pond, so that our guest can
enjoy over a mile of naturist walks.
There are rustic
benches where you can pause to enjoy the butterflies and birdsong,
or just sit in the sun.
Badgers and deer are regular
visitors around the farm with the many pheasants and partridge. Our
naturist fishermen have caught carp up to 10 pounds from the
woodland and meadow pools recently, much to their
delight!
The boules court, mini pitch & putt and lawn
games can satisfy those with a competitive spirit, whilst the
hammocks in the shade of the oak and ash trees are ideal for quiet
afternoon naps.
Blackberries and sloes (for sloe gin) can be
gathered in autumn, whilst the bluebell woodland is heavenly in the
spring.
Relax, unwind
and enjoy Pevors.
